Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

Mobile Application Data Collection and Use

In addition to the information described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, our mobile application may request access to certain information and functions on your device for specific features and services. Access to this data is always controlled by you through your device's operating system permissions, and the data is only collected and used when you actively use the related feature.

We may also use non-precise location data derived from your IP address to prevent fraudulent access to your account. Camera and Photos/MediaWe access your device's camera to enable Mobile Check Deposit, allowing you to take pictures of checks for deposit. We access your photos or media library only when you specifically choose to upload an image, such as for a custom debit card or document submission. ContactsWe access your device's contact list (name, phone number, and/or email) to facilitate person-to-person (P2P) payments or transfers. This allows you to select a recipient from your existing phone contacts instead of manually typing their information. We do not store your full contact list and do not use contact data for marketing.You can enable or disable contacts access for our app at any time through your device settings.
